BECOME A VENDOR

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR FIFTH YEAR OF REUNION HELD ON SUNDAY MAY 4th AT THE VALLEY RELICS MUSEUM IN LAKE BALBOA, CA.

WE ARE IN A NEW VENUE AND HAVE A VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF INDOOR VENDOR SPACE AVAILABLE WITH A VARIETY OF OUTDOOR SPACES.

  • 9x10 INDOOR Space - $150 - One shop per space

  • 10x10 OUTDOOR Space - $100 - One shop per space

  • 10x15 OUTDOOR Space - $120

  • 10x20 OUTDOOR Space - $150

  • 10x 20 Outdoor Food Truck Space - $150 - THIS YEAR WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT FOOD VENDORS WITH FOOD TRUCKS

Vendor Space Options

Indoor vending is very limited but will be among very cool museum memorabilia!

We have ample outdoor vending spaces of various sizes, with an option to be in the shade.

There are also a variety of space sizes available in front of the hangars throughout the lot.

CRITERIA: WE ARE LOOKING ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE (NON ALCOHOLIC) VENDORS AND PRIMARILY 80’S AND OLDER VINTAGE AND ANTIQUES FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR AREAS.

VENDOR SELECTION IS BASED ON CURATION OF PRODUCT, PHOTOS, AND BOOTH PRESENTATION.

*WE ARE ONLY LOOKING VENDORS SELLING VINTAGE GOODS/CLOTHING AND OR CAR/ MOTORCYCLE RELATED GOODS.* ONCE WE HAVE RECIEVED YOUR APPLICATION WE WILL ASK YOU TO SEND PHOTOS OF YOUR BOOTHS FROM PREVIOUS MARKETS.

Load In - We will have an optional early load in day for INDOOR vendors only on Saturday 5/3 from 10:30AM-3PM and all OUTDOOR vendors load in the morning of the show on Sunday from 7:30am-9:30AM, Load out begins at 4pm for everyone. Show opens at 10am.

  • This is a ticketed event, tickets will be sold online for $16 per person. $6 Kids - Tickets will be $20 at the door.

  • Family and Dog Friendly.

  • Each vendor space comes with 2 wristbands.
